I understand that the Move-In/Move-Out Condition Report includes photo and written documentation to protect both tenant and owner. I confirm that the proeprty will be accessible at the scheduled time and that any access instructions provided are accurate. I agree to be billed $100 for the one-time service, and I acknowledge that missed appointments or denied access may result in additional fees.

I acknowledge that if access is not granted at the time of the appointment I may incur a rescheduling fee. I agree that HHC is not responisble for delays or incomplete reports due to inaccurate access information, uncooperative tenants, or other entry or saftety issues beyond our control.
