No. Our services are designed to be full-cycle, but you can use only what you need—agent, construction, leasing, or management.

Can you work with international investors?


Yes. We support remote and international clients with digital communication, property videos, document handling, and coordinated closings.

Do I need to be licensed or have an entity to work with you?


No. We work with both individuals and entity-based investors. We can also refer partners to help set up LLCs or structure deals.

Can I use my own contractors or inspectors?


Yes. While we offer everything in-house, you’re free to use outside vendors. We can still coordinate with them if needed.
